What techs put in their logs

This needs some back storie for this one. A store called us and wanted to change how long before the calls that go to the store roll over to a call center of our company. The vendor changed a few settings and needed to test it. We told the store to not answer the phone. The store kept answering and we were not able to test.

Here is what was enter in the log

lec rep called in wanting us to test the lines and see how many rings before it goes to the csc we’ve both tried this, and told the store to now answer their phones store keeps answering unable to test this with them answering  q to try again in a few
